When we implement any big or small positive changes in our lives, it turns into a ripple effect which will enhance all aspects of life which includes our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
What Can I Expect?
During your first session of Life Coaching, we will meet and complete an initial assessment. In this session we will determine which areas of life need to be worked on and how we can accomplish your goals, dreams and desires! Following this, we will meet weekly or bi-weekly to see how your set goals are progressing. Come as you are, ready to make your dreams a reality.
Our Certified Life Coach, Kassandra Malik, is cross trained in mental health and life coaching. This empowers her to use techniques from both disciplines to enhance our sessions and aide clients to achieve their goals, dreams or desires!
Get To Know Kassandra Malik RSW, MSW
Kassandra Malik has completed her Bachelors and Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary and is currently registered with the Alberta College of Social Workers. She has also completed her Life and Wellness Coaching from Express Coaching.
Helping others has always been a passion of Kassandra’s since she was a child. Life Coaching provides Kassandra an avenue to help others attain their goals, dreams or desires by keeping clients accountable and on track. She has over 7 years of experience working with various populations including: addictions, adoptions, geriatrics and children’s mental health.
“My husband, Luke, and I have a daughter named Shay. I enjoy swimming and reading. In the community, I regularly attend charity events and am an advocate for children’s mental health. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, cooking and experimenting with new foods and being a passenger on my husband’s motorcycle. Through my own work, I have made positive changes in achieving 360° Wellness in my diet by restricting sugars and adding healthier alternatives. As a family, we have vowed to become more physically active and regularly go on walks and to the gym together.”
