Our Massage Techniques
Therapeutic & Deep Tissue Massage
Our therapeutic and deep tissue massages are effective for treating severe acute pain and chronic health issues. Techniques include Neuromuscular facilitation, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, facial release as well as proper education on at home, pre/post event stretching and postural awareness.
Prenatal & Postnatal Massage
Our pregnancy massages are a wonderful way to relax and, at the same time, help treat such conditions related to pregnancy as:
- Sciatic pain
- Sacral ligament strains
- Hip discomforts
- Chronic and acute low back pain
- Remove excess fluid retention
- and much more…
Postnatal treatments help relax tense muscles used to aid in childbirth as well as breastfeeding. Both treatments can be either therapeutic or for relaxation purposes.
Using a variety of Swedish techniques, relaxation massage is the most complete treatment offered. This massage includes areas such as the feet, hands, scalp and face. It has been proven to increase circulation, lower stress levels and overall improve the natural function of the body and mind.
Cupping is an extraordinary technique that has been passed down for thousands of years. Therapeutic or myofascial cupping is a suction technique designed to pull toxin build up and muscle spasm from the body’s deeper tissue to the surface of the skin.

Get to Know Dean Landstad, RMT
“I grew up on a cattle ranch in BC and am the youngest of 7 (4 sisters and 2 bothers). I lived in Vancouver for 25 years and I have 2 beautiful daughters, Khalia and Matina. I love to spend time outdoors, running, hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, skating. I also loved to spend time with my church, family and friends – especially enjoy volunteering in the community. Having had my own business for 17 years I have been able to wear a lot of hats… I am eager to listen and learn new things and enjoy working with highly motivated purpose driven colleagues. I am still highly involved in my graphic design profession as a freelance/contractor, working on a number of marketing projects at any given time.”
I have seen Dean in the past and find him to be an excellent massage therapist. I saw him in Edmonton and made the decision to follow him to Spruce Grove. Marilyn N.
Meet Adele Lavoie, RMT
I grew up in a small French community just outside of Peace River, Alberta. I have always loved camping come summertime! I also enjoy spending quality time with friends and family which comes from growing up in a family of 6 kids (4 boys, 2 girls). I moved to Edmonton in 2012 to pursue the Aesthetics program at the Alberta Academy of Aesthetics, then came to the realization I wanted to expand my knowledge in the massage industry. This led me to enrol in the Massage Therapy program at Makami College in 2013.
After working in a Spa in Sherwood Park performing massages along with aesthetics, I then moved back to Peace River to practise in a Physiotherapy clinic alongside like-minded professionals. Now with over 3 years experience, I look forward to working with a new team of professionals and continually expanding my knowledge at 360 Wellness.

Get To Know Sarah Heinz, RMT
I grew up on my family’s farm just north of Onoway where I learned to be a team player who never gave up no matter what Mother Nature threw at us. I was in 4-H for 6 years where I made many memories and also got my love for all animals. I am the middle child of 5 (3 brothers and a little sister) I love spending any time with my family and friends.
I also enjoy camping, hiking, traveling and of course spending time at the beach. After some health complications with my grandmother and later my mother I was determined to go into the health care field. This guided me into registering at MaKami College for the 2 year Massage Therapy program in 2015.
