Charmaine Sandulac, Psychologist

charmaine_360As a psychologist for over 20 years, I have worked with a wide range of clients in a variety of settings as a counsellor, behaviour management therapist, and grief/loss guide for children. I have performed numerous psychological, behavioural and academic assessments over the years. I have also provided behaviour management training for parents, foster parents, teachers, teachers’ aides, child and youth care workers, and other professionals who work with children.

Cognitive-behaviour therapy is my most common therapeutic approach. It is based on the premise that thoughts affect our functioning and by modifying our thoughts we can improve our functioning.
