Natural Nutrition
in Spruce Grove

Good nutrition is the backbone of health and wellness. Our body is made up of what we eat, so it is important to have a nutrient-rich diet. Often, people don’t realize that how they feel has a direct correlation with their current diet. In addition to helping clients reach their weight and health goals, a proper diet can actually help minimize joint and muscle pain, decrease depression, and help balance nutritional deficiencies within the body.

Our natural nutrition services involve a whole, customized plan revolving around the fuel you give your body. We offer
Box of Veggies

  • Correcting imbalances within the body
  • Education on how to properly eat for each individual person
  • Family plans
  • Lifestyle recommendations
  • Meal plans
  • Nutritional counselling
  • Supplementation advice
  • Whole foods recommendations
  • Young athlete nutrition

The Benefits of Natural Nutrition

As a natural nutritional consultant, Angela, understands that not one set diet will work for each individual. Natural nutrition recognizes biochemical uniqueness, so each plan is custom tailored to each client based on their health, wellness and weight goals. It is not about calories in vs. calories out; whole foods recommendations will be made. Our clients are always surprised at how much they will be eating!

Working Together With Other Practitioners

When beginning a new weight or health journey people may feel like they need additional support—that is why it is so wonderful to have a psychologist in-house at 360° Wellness to help the client work through beginning a new health journey in life. Massage therapy is also beneficial to nutrition as well as it can help get the lymph flowing within the body improving the immune system and circulation; plus, massage feels great.

Angela Soares, BCom, CHN, NNCP –
Natural Nutrition Practitioner

angelaMy name is Angela and my goal is to help people achieve their best health. Being healthy and staying healthy takes effort and I have experienced this first hand. I have always considered myself a health conscious person, and I still experienced depression and anxiety. I also have seen those closest to me fall ill, I decided my life had to change and I needed to find a path to healing.

I left behind a career in accounting and finance and began studying holistic nutrition. I have learned so much about the connection between mind, body and spirit, natural nutrition and traditional wisdom. I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, I supplemented this education with an advanced Certificate in Holistic Cancer Care. am currently pursing my Master Degree in Applied Nutrition and am a good standing member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Practitioners.

I have a true passion to educate about the benefits of living a natural lifestyle, how the body can heal itself and the importance of collective good health, and I hope to help you.
